Now that Oklahomans have worked out that state sponsored religious monuments on their capitol grounds means allowing the Satanic Temple a piece of capitol real estate too; the Ten Commandments were quietly removed from state grounds yesterday. On the plus side no one was hurt, but on the minus side its supporters are being sore losers.
“This is a historical event,” Reynolds said. “Now we know we have to change the Constitution. It would be good to get rid of some of the Supreme Court justices, too.” said former State Rep. Mike Reynolds
And they would have gotten away with it too, had it not been for those meddling kids at the The Satanic Temple. They love the Constitution as it pertains to the 2nd Amendment, and not so much the first.
Which reminds me Texas still has a nearly identical Ten Commandments monument on its grounds paving the way for other religious displays like Baphomet.
